Taiwan's Taichung District Prosecutor's Office has applied to the District Court for the detention of Taisun Enterprise's (TPE:1218) General Manager, Tsai Kuo-Liang, alongside a request for a prohibition of visits, according to a Saturday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The legal motion stems from an investigation into excessive levels of salad oil, with the court set to review the case and issue a ruling.
