Echo IQ (ASX:EIQ) advanced the US rollout of its artificial intelligence-driven EchoSolv platform in the three-month period ended June 30, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company secured a binding heads of agreement with Pro Medicus (ASX:PME), establishing the framework for a proposed strategic investment of up to AU$20 million and a commercial reseller partnership across the US, the filing said.
The company also secured a data licensing deal with Advara HeartCare, per the filing.
Echo IQ shares rose nearly 2% in midday trade Monday, while Pro Medicus shares were down nearly 1%.
