Huatai Securities' (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) unit, Huatai International Finance, issued two medium-term bonds with a total of $100 million, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shanghai bourse.
The issuance was part of an $3 billion offshore medium-term bond program that was launched in 2020.
Huatai International Finance will receive a guarantee amount equivalent to approximately 681 million yuan for the issuance.
