Tenable Holdings (TENB) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.51 per diluted share, up from $0.34 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.47.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $268.5 million, compared with $247.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $264.9 million.
The company expects Q3 non-GAAP earnings of $0.49 to $0.52 on revenue of $270 million to $273 million. Analysts expect $0.50 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $270.7 million.
For 2026, Tenable now expects $1.95 to $2.00 in non-GAAP EPS, up from $1.90 to $1.98 previously. Revenue is now estimated at $1.075 billion to $1.081 billion, compared with the previous outlook of $1.068 billion to $1.078 billion. Analysts expect $1.97 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $1.08 billion.
Shares of Tenable Holdings were down more than 11% premarket Thursday.
