KLA Corp. (NASDAQ:KLAC) posted its fourth-quarter results after Tuesday’s closing bell, just beating analyst estimates and issuing disappointing forward guidance with the report. Here’s a look at the details.

KLA Q4 Details   

KLA reported quarterly earnings of $1.05 per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1 by 5%, according to Benzinga Pro data.

Quarterly revenue came in at $3.66 billion, which beat the Street estimate of $3.6 billion.

KLA reported the following highlights:

  • Cash flow from operating activities for the quarter and fiscal year was $906.4 million and $4.14 billion, respectively, and free cash flow was $817.1 million and $3.77 billion, respectively.
  • Capital returns for the quarter and fiscal year were $876.3 million and $3.35 billion, respectively.

“KLA’s June quarter results reinforce that the trends driving our growth are strengthening, and we see momentum across our business accelerating in the second half of calendar 2026 and continuing through 2027,” said CEO Rick Wallace.

Looking Ahead

KLA expects first quarter adjusted EPS of $1.06 to $1.26, versus the $1.14 analyst estimate, and revenue in a range of $3.8 billion to $4.2 billion, versus the $3.92 billion estimate.

KLAC Stock Price Activity: According to data from Benzinga Pro, KLA stock was down 9.60% to $172.48 in Tuesday’s extended trading, after shedding 6.18% in regular trading.
