Circle Internet Group (CRCL) said Friday it received a limited-purpose trust charter from the New York Department of Financial Services for Circle Internet Trust Company, doing business as Circle New York Trust.
The company said the charter reinforces its focus on regulatory compliance, safety and transparency.
