EGP Energy (SGX:EGX) unit EGP Smart Energy has secured a transmission and distribution project worth about SG$1.1 million to supply a 66 kilovolt switchgear for a battery energy storage system in Singapore.
The project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027, according to a Wednesday Singapore Exchange filing.
The customer is a Singapore-based engineering company providing mechanical and electrical engineering services, technical manpower and equipment sourcing.
The contract lifts EGP Energy's order book to SG$302.4 million, with projects scheduled for progressive completion through 2031.
