Sunway Healthcare's (KLSE:SUNMED) subsidiary, Sunway Medical Centre, signed an agreement to acquire four parcels of freehold land in Johor for 45.4 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The integrated healthcare provider will utilize the 9.918 acres land to develop a 410-bed hospital, with an estimated development cost of around 781.6 million.
