Jiangxi Copper (SHA:600362, HKG:0358) raised 2.5 billion yuan via the issue of two tranches of medium-term bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The copper miner issued 900 million yuan of 10-year bonds with a 2.20% coupon and 1.6 billion yuan of 15-year bonds with a 2.40% coupon.
China Merchants Bank served as lead underwriter, with China Merchants Securities and Industrial Bank as joint lead underwriters.
