PROG's Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Raises 2026 Guidance, Provides Q3 Outlook

PROG (PRG) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.19 per diluted share, compared with $1.00 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.95.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $719.7 million, compared with $588.5 million a year earlier.

For Q3, PROG expects adjusted EPS of $1.00 to $1.20, and revenue of $715 million to $750 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect Q3 adjusted EPS of $1.09 and revenue of $746 million.

For 2026, the company raised its adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $4.75 to $5.00 from $4.40 to $4.80, and narrowed its revenue outlook to $3.03 billion to $3.10 billion from $3.00 billion to $3.10 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect 2026 adjusted EPS of $4.65 and revenue of $3.04 billion.

Shares of PROG were down past 2% just after the open.
