China State Construction Engineering (SHA:601668) signed an about 22.4-billion-yuan contract with Kuwait's Ministry of Public Works to build the North Kabd sewage treatment plant and supporting facilities.
The 10-year project includes a treatment plant, three pumping stations and pipeline networks, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
