Update: Coursera Shares Fall After Q2 Results

Coursera (COUR) shares were down 17% in Thursday trading after the company reported its Q2 results late Wednesday.

The company posted quarterly adjusted earnings of $0.17 per diluted share, up from $0.12 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.14

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $298.6 million, up from $187.1 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $296.9 million.

For Q3, the company expects revenue of $364 million to $372 million. Analysts expect $369.6 million.

The company now expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.22 billion to $1.23 billion, up from prior outlook of $805 million to $815 million. Analysts expect $1.23 billion.
