Cactus Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Raises Quarterly Dividend by 7%

Cactus (WHD) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.93 per diluted share, up from $0.66 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.64.

Revenue for the quarter that ended June 30 was $449.5 million, up from $273.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $400.8 million.

The company said its board approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock, a 7% increase from the most recent payout. The latest dividend will be payable Sept. 11 to shareholders of record on Aug. 31.
