0911 GMT - Sanofi raised 2030 sales guidance for blockbuster drug Dupixent and cut it for vaccines, though the changes seem largely unsurprising, analysts at Jefferies say in a research note. The French drugmaker now expects sales for Dupixent--an anti-inflammatory drug jointly developed with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals--to reach around 25 billion euros in 2030, up from 22 billion euros previously. Meanwhile, it lowered its 2030 vaccines sales target to 9 billion euros from 10 billion euros, with half of the change coming from currency movements, Jefferies says. Investors are likely to focus on any strategy update from Sanofi's new CEO, as well as on life-cycle management plans for Dupixent and expectations for future research-and-development spending and acquisitions, the analysts say. Shares fall 3.5%.
