SPIC Hydropower (SHA:600292) raised 4.36 billion yuan from the sale of about 384 million new shares to 15 investors through a private placement, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The company sold the shares at 11.36 yuan apiece. The shares have been registered with the China Securities Depository and Clearing on Monday.
