ExlService (EXLS) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.59 per diluted share, up from $0.49 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.55.
Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $594.8 million from $514.5 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $573.9 million.
The company raised its 2026 adjusted diluted EPS forecast to a range of $2.25 to $2.29 from $2.18 to $2.23. It now expects revenue of $2.39 billion to $2.42 billion, up from its prior guidance of $2.30 billion to $2.33 billion.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $2.24 on revenue of $2.33 billion.
Shares of ExlService were up 1.5% in after-hours activity.
