ANA Holdings' All Nippon Airways, IBEX Airlines Sign ACMI Agreements

ANA Holdings (TYO:9202) subsidiary All Nippon Airways and IBEX Airlines have signed a partnership regarding aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) agreements for ANA flights, according to a Wednesday release.

Under the agreement, the two companies will develop the current codeshare arrangement and launch ACMI operations for ANA flights.

ANA will be the marketing carrier, handling route planning and sales, while IBEX will be the operating carrier tasked with flight operations.

Both companies will use the Embraer E190-E2 aircraft as their operational fleet.

The parties plan for operations to start in fiscal 2029, subject to approval by relevant authorities.

Shares of ANA Holdings were down 3% in recent trade.
