CDL Hospitality Trusts (SGX:J85) issued 2.4 million new stapled securities to pay 80% of the base management fees for the April-June quarter, according to a Thursday Singapore Exchange filing.
The issuance comprised 2.08 million stapled securities to the manager of CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust, and 273,286 stapled securities to the trustee-manager of CDL Hospitality Business Trust, both at an issue price of SG$0.782 per security.
Following the issuance, the total number of stapled securities in issue increased to 1.28 billion.
