ArcSoft's Chairman Proposes Share Buyback of Up to 150 Million Yuan

ArcSoft's (SHA:688088) chairman, Hui Deng, proposed to repurchase shares worth between 100 million yuan and 150 million yuan, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The share buyback will be implemented after the board of directors' approval.

The repurchased shares will be used for the Chinese artificial intelligence technology services company's employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive plan.
