Electronics manufacturer Lite-On Technology Corp (TPE:2301) has scrapped the position of chief operating officer after a position adjustment with effect from Friday, according to a same-day filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.
The position was earlier held by Wai Chong Sheetoh, vice president and OCS head of the company.
The company's shares were up 10% in Friday's trade.
