Samsung Electronics (KRX:005930) plans to invest in SVIC No. 82, a technology investment fund established by Samsung Venture Investment Corporation, the electronics products maker said.
Samsung Electronics will invest 495 billion won, while Samsung Venture will contribute 5 billion won, bringing the fund's total size to 500 billion won, according to its Thursday filing with the Korean bourse.
