Air France-KLM's Cut to Capacity Guidance Looks Sensible
Dow Jones07-30
0958 GMT - Air France-KLM reduced its capacity growth guidance, which is sensible in response to higher fuel costs, Bernstein analysts Alex Irving and Antoine Madre say in a research note. "Smaller cuts also make sense in the network business where contributions of individual flights are higher as they form part of a wider connecting network", the analysts add. Meanwhile, the unit costs seem to be getting under control, the analysts add. Shares in the Franco-Dutch carrier group trade 2.8% higher at 12.175 euros.
