The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $16.5 billion to $16.85 billion, from its previous outlook of $16.4 billion to $16.8 billion.

Teva reaffirmed its full-year adjusted EPS guidance of $1.91 to $2.11.

Shares of the company were up 5.69% in Wednesday premarket activity.
