VSee Health (VSEE) said Wednesday it signed a non-binding letter of intent to purchase certain technology and operating assets supporting a healthcare commerce platform for the US clinic-based wellness sector.
The company said the proposed acquisition could add over $35 million in annualized revenue and more than $7 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.
The potential transaction is one of the opportunities being considered by the board as part of the company's previously announced strategic review to boost growth and maximize shareholder value, VSee Health said.
Shares of the company were down more than 12% in Wednesday trading.
