Advanced Systems Issues Shares Following Warrants Exercise

Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) issued 5,056 new shares on July 30, following the exercise of warrants from its 2024 rights‑cum‑warrants offering.

Following the issuance, total issued and paid‑up capital rose to 1,714,649,419 shares from 1,714,644,363, the company said in an SGX filing Tuesday.

The new shares will rank equally with existing shares, except for any dividends or distributions with a record date before their allotment.

The shares will list on Catalist and begin trading Aug. 4.
