0130 GMT - CDL Hospitality Trusts' stock valuation of 0.6 times its price-to-book value ratio appears reasonably attractive to RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan. The real-estate stapled trusts' management guided for a stronger 2H outlook as it expects to retain lower borrowing costs while its core markets' net property income rises. The trusts' new hospitality asset Moxy Singapore Clarke Quay is scheduled to open by early 2027, which should increase CDL Hospitality Trusts' Singapore room count by 19%, the analyst says. Still, he flags that any escalation in the Middle East conflict poses a key risk to the trusts' performance. RHB trims its target price to 0.96 Singapore dollar from S$0.97 and maintains a buy rating. Stapled securities rise 1.3% to S$0.805.
