CB Industrial Product Holding (KLSE:CBIP) has completed the the sale of its entire interest in Admiral Potential, which held an Indonesian plantation unit, to Anglo-Eastern Plantations, according to a Friday filing to the Bursa Malaysia.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in Monday's trade.
In 2025, CB Industrial agreed to divest its entire interest in Admiral Potential and its Indonesian subsidiary Jaya Jadi Utama to Anglo-Eastern Plantations for 38.25 million ringgit.
With this, Admiral Potential and Jaya Jadi Utama have ceased to be the company's direct and indirect subsidiary respectively.
