Public Policy Holding (PPHC) has acquired Florida-based government relations firm The Advocacy Partners for an initial $20.4 million, expanding its US state lobbying footprint into Florida, the company said Monday.
The deal is immediately accretive to earnings and margin, with The Advocacy Partners reporting 2025 net revenue of $9.5 million, the company said.
The upfront payment includes $18.4 million in cash and 237,489 shares worth about $2 million, while potential earnout payments could lift the total consideration to $75 million.
