Quanta Computer (TPE:2382) completed the signing of the deposit agreement and agreement terms for its new share issuance for global depository receipts, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The electronics and computing hardware maker said the issuance is worth $2.16 billion, comprising 49 million global depository receipts representing 245 million common shares, priced at $44.17 per receipt.
Proceeds will be used for raw materials procurement in foreign currencies.
