Tata Motors' (NSE:TMCV, BOM:544569) total sales jumped 37% in July to 39,641 units against 28,956 units sold a year ago.
Total domestic sales rose 28% to 33,876 units from 26,432 units a year ago, according to a Saturday filing on the Indian bourses.
International business soared 128% year on year to 5,765 units from 2,524 units, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose nearly 2% in early trade on Monday.
