CSPC Pharmaceutical (HKG:1093) initiated a phase Ib/II clinical trial of the combination therapy of its SYS 6090 Injection at the first research center in China.
The drug is being tested for the treatment of colorectal cancer, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Pre-clinical study results showed the drug candidate significantly inhibited tumor growth with favorable safety and tolerability.
