这两位要求匿名的消息人士称，周五中部夏令时（CDT）12点前不久(GMT 17:00)，此次短时断电导致日处理能力为20万桶的VPS-4 CDU装置停产，并触发了该厂的安全火炬。

Motiva公司的一位发言人尚未立即回应置评请求。
