China Railway's (HKG:0390, SHA:601390) aggregate value of new contracts for the year fell 9% year-on-year to 1.006 trillion yuan, according to a Hong Kong bourse disclosure on Saturday.
The railway operator's Hong Kong shares fell 2%, while its Shanghai shares rose 1% during Monday's morning trade.
The value of new contracts for the second quarter reached 667.2 billion yuan.
