China's National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors has accepted EVE Energy's (SHE:300014) registration for medium-term bonds valued at 3 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Monday.
The registration is valid for a period of two years.
A group of major banks, including China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939), Export-Import Bank of China, Bank of China (SHA:601988, HKG:3988), Agricultural Bank of China (SHA:601288, HKG:1288) and China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968), will serve as joint lead underwriters.
