IperionX (IPX) said Monday it plans to redomicile its ultimate parent company to Texas, subject to customary approvals, to align its legal and capital markets structure with its US operations.
The new US parent's common stock is expected to be listed directly on Nasdaq, replacing the company's existing American depositary share structure, the company said.
Separately, the company appointed Michael Loparco as an independent non-executive director, effective Aug. 3.
