Northrop Grumman (NOC) said Monday it has signed multi-year framework agreements with the Department of Defense and Lockheed Martin (LMT) totaling over $3 billion to accelerate the production and delivery of missile defense technologies.
Under a $2 billion framework agreement, Northrop will accelerate production of the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 Missile Segment Enhancement. Through a separate $1 billion framework agreement, Northrop will look to significantly increase monthly deliveries of Terminal High Altitude Area Defense components over seven years, the defense contractor said.
