Nano Dimension (NNDM) Tang Capital Management disclosed a new position in the additive manufacturing company of 16,715,812 shares. Tang Capital purchased those shares from June 17 through July 27 at per share prices ranging from $1.20 to $1.53. On June 30, Tang Capital submitted a proposal to Nano Dimension's board to effect a merger between the company and a Tang Capital affiliate in which shareholders would receive $1.60 per share in cash, stating that it was prepared to execute a definitive merger agreement before the end of July.

Following the latest purchases, Tang Capital Management owns an initial 7.9% stake in Nano Dimension's outstanding stock. Shares of Nano Dimension have lost roughly 4.2% of their value in 2026.

Increases in Holdings

Smith & Nephew $(SNN)$ Cevian Capital II raised its stake in the medical-device maker to 119,179,419 shares. Cevian Capital did so through the purchase of 8,374,918 Smith & Nephew shares from June 25 through July 24 at per share prices ranging from $14.69 to $15.27. Following the latest purchases, Cevian Capital continues to own a 14.2% stake in Smith & Nephew's outstanding stock. Shares of Smith & Nephew have lost just 1.1% of their value in 2026.

Decreases in Holdings

Navigator Holdings $(NVGS)$ BW Group lowered its stake in the liquefied-gas shipping company to 5,447,578 shares. BW Group did so through the sale of 641,433 Navigator Holdings shares from June 25 through July 20 at per share prices ranging from $20.38 to $21.79.

Following the latest sales, BW Group continues to own an 8.8% stake in Navigator Holdings' outstanding stock. Shares of Navigator Holdings have gained roughly 26.2% in value since the beginning of this year.

Global Net Lease $(GNL)$ Bellevue Capital Partners lowered its stake in the net lease real estate investment trust to 15,988,273 shares. Bellevue Capital Partners did so through the sale of 2,970,911 Global Net Lease shares from May 26 through June 29 at per share prices ranging from $8.88 to $9.57.

Following the latest sales, Bellevue Capital Partners continues to own a 7.5% stake in Global Net Lease's outstanding stock. Shares of Global Net Lease have remained mostly flat since the beginning of this year.

Radcom $(RDCM)$ Lynrock Lake lowered its stake in the telecommunications service-assurance company to 2,439,026 shares. Lynrock Lake did so through the sale of 169,726 Radcom shares from July 14 through July 24 at per share prices ranging from $12.76 to $14.22.

Following the latest sales, Lynrock Lake continues to own a 14.6% stake in Radcom's outstanding stock. Shares of Radcom have gained just 1.4% in value since the beginning of this year.
