STAG Industrial's In-Place Portfolio to Deliver Stable Same-Store-Cash NOI Growth Through 2028, RBC Says

STAG Industrial's (STAG) in-place portfolio will likely deliver stable same-store cash net operating income growth of 3% to 4% annually through 2028, RBC Capital Markets said in a Friday note.

RBC said it continues to expect 2026 and 2027 funds from operations estimates of $2.64 per share and $2.81, respectively.

The company is witnessing solid leasing trends and is likely to see good merger activity with ample product available and tightened bid-ask spreads, according to the note.

Analysts said they expect $400 million of net investments in 2027 and 2028, which could be financed with retained cash flow and $50 million of new equity, along with incremental debt.

RBC reiterated its sector perform rating on the stock, with a price target of $42.
