Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD) shareholder Eugenie Patri Sebastien sold about a 731 million-euro ($842.4 million) stake in the company earlier this year, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing the transaction's terms.

According to the report, the sale was carried out through a block trade of about 10 million shares at 73.10 euros each.

InBev did not respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.

Shares of Anheuser-Busch InBev were down more than 2% premarket Monday.
