Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) logged AU$0.2639 in operating earnings per unit for the fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.2538 a year ago, a Friday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$176.9 million versus AU$198 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of AU$0.064 per unit, up from AU$0.0635 in the previous quarter, payable Aug. 28 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
The company expects fiscal 2027 operating earnings to be no less than AU$0.273 per unit and distributions of AU$0.264 per unit.
