Bank of Suzhou Gets Chinese Central Bank's Nod for Bond Issuance

Bank of Suzhou (SHE:002966) obtained the Chinese central bank's approval for the bank to issue capital supplementary bonds, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.

The approval is valid until June 30, 2027.

Upon expiration of the approval, the outstanding balance of newly issued bonds will not exceed 3 billion yuan and the total outstanding balance of the bonds will not exceed 22.5 billion yuan.
