CLP Holdings (HKG:0002) posted an increase in first-half earnings attributable to shareholders to HK$6.00 billion, from HK$5.62 billion a year earlier.
Earnings per share came in at HK$2.37 from HK$2.23, according to a Thursday Hong Kong stock exchange filing.
Revenue was broadly flat at HK$42.86 billion, compared with HK$42.85 billion a year earlier.
The board declared a second interim dividend of HK$0.63 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, payable on Sept. 15 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 4.
