AMD, Walt Disney And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Wednesday

With U.S. stock futures trading higher this morning on Wednesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

  • Wall Street expects Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY) to post quarterly earnings of $6.01 per share on revenue of $20.73 billion before the opening bell, according to data from Benzinga Pro. Eli Lilly shares gained 1.1% to $1,128.31 in after-hours trading.
  • Advanced Micro Devices Inc (NASDAQ:AMD) posted better-than-expected earnings and sales results for the second quarter. AMD reported second-quarter revenue of $11.54 billion, beating analyst estimates of $11.28 billion. The chipmaker reported adjusted earnings of $1.66 per share for the quarter, beating estimates of $1.61 per share, according to Benzinga Pro. The company disclosed a quarter-over-quarter decrease in its free cash flow margin. AMD shares dipped 8.8% to $472.94 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting The Walt Disney Co. (NYSE:DIS) to post quarterly earnings of $1.86 per share on revenue of $25.40 billion. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Disney shares gained 0.7% to $98.85 in after-hours trading.

  • Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:SPCX) reported its first quarterly financial results as a public company Tuesday after market close. SpaceX reported second-quarter revenue of $7.81 billion, up 92% year-over-year. The revenue total beat a Street consensus estimate of $6.93 billion according to data from Benzinga Pro. The company reported a loss of nine cents per share, beating a Street consensus estimate of a loss of 24 cents per share. SpaceX shares tumbled 7.5% to $115.98 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect SanDisk Corp. (NASDAQ:SNDK) to post quarterly earnings of $34.45 per share on revenue of $8.39 billion after the closing bell. SanDisk shares rose 0.7% to $1,437.88 in after-hours trading.
