DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 05, 2026-- 

Atmos Energy Corporation $(ATO)$ said today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of $1.00 per share. The indicated annual dividend is $4.00.

The dividend will be paid on September 8, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 24, 2026. This is the company's 171(st) consecutive quarterly dividend.
