CARsgen Therapeutics (HKG:2171) said its investigational new drug application for CT1190B, an allogeneic CAR T-cell therapy targeting CD19/CD20, received clearance from China's National Medical Products Administration, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The clearance allows the company to begin a clinical trial of CT1190B in patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma who have failed at least two prior lines of standard therapy.z
