Capri (CPRI) shares were up 0.6% in Wednesday trading after the company posted fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue above analysts' expectations.
The company reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.67 per diluted share, compared with $0.50 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.40.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 27 was $769 million, down from $797 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $756.3 million.
For fiscal Q2, the company expects adjusted diluted EPS of about $0.20 and revenue of about $780 million. Analysts expect $0.44 and $850.4 million respectively.
For fiscal 2027, the company maintained its adjusted diluted EPS outlook of about $2.15. Analysts expect $2.12. Full-year revenue outlook is lowered to about $3.4 billion, from $3.53 billion previously. Analysts are looking for $3.51 billion.
