Bharti Airtel (BOM:532454, NSE:BHARTIARTL) said its subsidiary Nxtra Data signed agreements to acquire up to 85% stakes in Rochak Systems and Rovision Tech Hub in one or more tranches, according to a Thursday exchange filing.
The acquisitions are aimed at expanding Nxtra Data's data center business.
Both target companies were incorporated in 2025 and plan to develop land for data center construction. Neither company has commenced commercial operations.
The transactions will be completed for cash at an agreed valuation, which the company said was not disclosed due to confidentiality.
