NICE Q2 Adjusted Earnings Decline, Revenue Rises; Issues Q3 Guidance

NICE (NICE) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $2.70 per diluted share, down from $3.01 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.64.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $782.3 million, compared with $726.7 million a year ago.

Analysts expected $766.3 million.

For Q3, the company said it expects adjusted earnings of $2.73 to $2.83 per diluted share on revenue of $780 million to $790 million. Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $2.78 on revenue of $795.1 million.

For 2026, Nice said it now expects adjusted EPS to be between $11.06 to $11.26, compared with its previous outlook of $10.98 and $11.18. Analysts expect $11.09.

The company said it continues to expect revenue of $3.17 billion to $3.19 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.18 billion.

Shares of the company were up over 2% in Wednesday premarket activity.
