Samsung Electronics said on Wednesday the pre-orders for its new Galaxy Z series increased by more than 30% compared with the previous generation, with the Galaxy Z Fold8, Z Fold8 Ultra and Z Flip8 on pace to break pre-order records set by all previous Z-series models

Graphite was the most popular color for the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold8, while Pink led pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Flip8, according to the company.

The company said the new Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, Flip8, Watch Ultra2, and Watch9 will roll out globally starting Aug. 7 across 106 markets, available through carriers, retailers, Samsung.com, and Samsung Experience Stores.
