Standard Chartered Sells, Leases Back Singapore Business Park Properties

Standard Chartered (HKG:2888) has sold and leased back two business park properties in Singapore to a consortium comprising Japan's Hulic (TYO:3003), RISA Partners, EZA Hill Property Management, and TRI Investment Management.

The properties are 7 Changi Business Park Crescent and 9 Changi Business Park Crescent.

The investment was executed through a Japanese investor platform managed by EZA Hill alongside TRI Investment Management, Hulic said in a Wednesday release.

The value of the deal was undisclosed.
